  1. After receiving your request, we will process it and notify you as soon as possible with more details, and, pending acceptance, with more specific instructions on how to begin your Referral account. We will also send you the banner to put on the front page of your website; make sure that you use this banner, other wise your referred sales will not be recorded.

  2. You must have our banner on the front (index) page of your site. You may also in addition have it on other pages (the more pages it's on, the more chances you have to make money), but there must be at least one on the front page.

  3. If you operate more than one website, then you may place the banner we send you on the front page of any of those sites. All of your sites, however, will be associated with one account.

  4. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a website is suitable to be affiliated with us. Most websites will qualify, but those with any material not suitable for a general audience, or those with no original content on them, will be denied.

  5. Concerning commission rates: You will receive commission on all successful orders minus shipping and tax, that are shipped in the continental United States, referred from your site to ours via the banner. There will be a 30 day period before your commission will be added for that a successful order (due to return policy). A successful order is when the customer acknowledges that they have received an order referred from your site, and does not return it within 30 days.

  6. Concerning payment: You will receive payment every time your commissions total $50.00.

  7. A W9 tax form will be sent to you with your first check. You will have to sign it and mail it back to us. If you surpass $599.99 a 1099 form will be sent to you and then you will have to include the earnings as income. Any amount of $599.99 and under will not have to be reported as income.
